Return Policy

RETURN PROCESS: To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements. Email info@vdlpla.com to initiate return process. 

-We’re glad to accept returns for any reason within 15 days of delivery provided items are in brand new and original condition described as below.

• New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached in original packaging. (Please be careful trying on clothing while wearing make up or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with make up stains, odor(fragrance), rips or animal hairs is not eligible for return).

If we receive a return and it has been used/damaged or does not meet the require listed above, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.

-Must be returned within 15 days of having received order (postmarked by 15th day)

-Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.  

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Original shipping cost is not refundable. 

For your security, we recommend returning your purchase with an insured carrier and retain a receipt. shopvdlp is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

-Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your item(s) and will be credited back the same way payment was issued. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

-Note:  items listed as Final Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.
